"Overall, service very poor. Yard poorly maintained. Poor communication between management and front desk: booked room on 26 Sept. arrived on 3 Oct. and no-one new at front desk knew about my arrival. The room chosen was no longer available. Simply terrible experience. After complaining with front-desk staff, two days later management was unaware....simply disgusting."
