"Overall a good experience. The day of our conference registration the systems were down requiring guest to wait in a longer line and complete manual check-in information. The problem was resolved by the next day. Outside of this, my room was clean, bed comfortable, and enjoyed my stay. There was a problem with getting out of the parking lot regarding payment at the gate. This was likely due to the systems issue at check-in. I was overcharged for parking which was disappointing. "Simone and her manager did great at checking us in after our first bad experience at another hotel. We got settled in and rested in a comfortable bed, clean room. "

"Although a very nice property. We had a few concerns. The parking lot gates did not work properly all werkend, bed furniture lights had no way of turning off, and we recommend longer weekend hours for Starbucks."

"I will admit that the Georgian Terrace was a lovely experience. Their speakeasy was wonderful and everyone was super friendly! We were upgraded and it was a lovely experience in all regards. The only thing was it's right across from the Fox Theater and that made some times to leave busy but the Valets, Front Desk, and all the staff in the restaurants were absolutely delightful! I will say that it is a bit outdated in terms of tech and decor but I didn't mind that in the slightest! It was a lovely experience. "

"This property was amazing for me and my family. My husband really loved it and he is usually the one who doesn’t like anywhere we stay other than home, however we really enjoyed the space, view and cleanliness. The only thing we didn’t like was it didn’t seem like staff look under the beds for trash. Other than that, everything was perfect. Staff was very polite. "
