"Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. Spent almost 200 euro on roaming the three days. Local contact said would do his best but no luck. Communication complicated too with local contact as network not working, payment was...

"The property is in a great location and should do Kure to maximise on that feature. It needs updating - everything is a bit tired. Also, for a hotel in the tropics it needs ceiling fans. The big downside is lack of access for those with limited mobility. There were only stairs to most parts of the hotel."
