"This hotel was incredible. The best room we had in our whole day in Italy. It was so spacious so clean and we absolutely love the tub. The staff was very nice and also suggested a few restaurants. It was very close to a lot of shopping areas. Everything is walkable we also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was very convenient with a lot of options. I feel like the price that we paid for this hotel was very reasonable and I would definitely come back and stay here, clean and quiet. We definitely felt safe here."

Our bathroom set up wasn't ideal, with only a rainfall showerhead and a very low sink with a faucet that made it difficult to wash my face at night, but they did provide washcloths, which was great. I'd stay at this property again. "

"We had a wonderful stay ! Even though our stay was cut short due to delayed incoming flight to florence , we were greeted very nicely by the hotel staff. The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and would love to stay again."
