"Panorama meraviglioso e personale molto gentile. Struttura ideale per famiglie con bambini."

"The room was dated and not very clean. To their credit, the bathroom was recently renovated--hopefully, the rest of the complex will get a much-needed facelift. We didn't use the pool because we felt the beach (Zoco) down the road (with a pool) was much nicer. Wifi was spotty."

"Bellissima tenuta a pochi minuti di auto da Perugia e dal lago Trasimeno"

"Apartmenthotel. We visited the hotel at the end of the season. Most hotels were closed. Probably it will look different in springtime after a refresh. It was not dirty, only small imperfections. Simple and old-fashion furniture but the bed was ok. Staff very gentle. Breakfast ok. Lovely view over the lake"

"E CHI L'HA VISTA LA CAMERA DELL'HOTEL?! Arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio, dopo quasi 500 km, NON RISULTAVA LA MIA PRENOTAZIONE, con tanto di mail di conferma.. CHI HA SBAGLIATO?!?!?!? DOPPIA PRENOTAZIONE dei siti internet, CESTINATA LA MAIL in hotel..?! Non si è capito, ma non è per niente carino partire x 4 gg di vacanza e alle 18 di sera scoprire che la tua camera non c'è....anche perché non siamo in una metropoli che puoi trovare un altro alloggio al volo e comunque senza vedere almeno le foto...

"So impressed with Ricardo and Carla's hospitality. Perfect location and perfect apartment with all the amenities we needed for a 20 day stay. Apartment is clean spacious and quiet. Laundry facilities making ideal for longer stays. We will definitely be back!! Grazie miele xx "

"Irene ci è venuta incontro a braccia aperte e con un radioso sorriso (cosa rara di questi tempi), ci ha offerto una bibita e accompagnati in camera. Si è preoccupata delle nostre preferenze per colazione e, l'indomani, abbiamo trovato un buffet ricchissimo, di dolci, frutta e salato. La camera e il bagno pulitissimi e confortevoli. E, dopo tanto tempo e molti viaggi, ho trovato gli asciugamani che profumavano di buono e non di lavanderia industriale. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e “graditi ospiti” e...

"Decent price, I was there for one night, just passing through. Reception was called in and just handed you the key. The room is simple, no bath soap, only hand wash soap. It was chilly, no blanket so I just ended up just closing all the doors and windows. Free parking and breakfast was a plus. "
