"The villa had an excellent layout for families traveling together with amazing views of the countryside and mountains, and was within walking distance to a lovely family-owned osteria and short drive to local food stores. The large pool was fantastic. Our host Barbara was lovely, answered all our questions promptly and made check-in and check-out very easy. "The property advertised two bedrooms, I wasn't expecting the bedroom to be with the kitchen, so I was disappointed with that. This may have been an oversight with me, but I didn't realize I needed to bring my own linens - luckily there were some available to purchase for use. Otherwise it was good, pool was great, location near lake was awesome, the events they had were fun."

"This was a charming property and the cellar wine experience was most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent and the 1* Michelin Osmosi restaurant was excellent. Had a wonderful dining experience. Montepulciano is well worth a visit. The wines of Fattoria Sventoni are marvellous. "

Great place to stay and exceeded expectations

"This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus. "
