"This cabin is absolutely beautiful! Great communication with Bruce the owner. The highlight of this cabin are the elk that visit on a daily basis. You can stand on the deck and watch them all around the house. We highly recommend this cabin and plan to be back again."

"Nice Property. Dangerous driveway, if not used to driving in the mountains (just hug the mountainside). Great water pressure. Very clean. Property had chopped wood for firepits (with plenty of chairs) and the fireplace inside. Plenty of bathrooms and space. 3 bedroom beds and multiple small ones in open areas. Washer was down during visit and was surprised by having to have to pay for the couple of bags of garbage we generated, since there were no outdoor cans or directions for where to dispose...

"Arrived and found a very clean well-appointed cabin. Was concerned about the flooding in Western Carolina, but Camille was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Maggie and Waynesville were fine. I was hoping to see elk while we're were there and was not disappointed in the least! Saw many. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation."

"Our four night stay was perfect. The house was easy to find, very clean and well stocked. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and we made friends with other guests from across the street. "This property was spacious and welcoming! We booked this cabin for a little family getaway and to ride the Polar Express and we were very pleased with our stay. It was a cold weekend but with two fireplaces and space heaters we were very cozy. We loved that the house was decorated for the Christmas season as well. The driveway was tricky but manageable. Overall, we would recommend the property and book again for future visits to the area. "

"Great cabin close to Cataloochee Ski area. My adult children and I met up for the weekend to get in a couple of days on the slopes. We loved Mountain Haven. Plenty of room for the five of us to all have our own space. We really enjoyed the pool table. It was too cold to be outside but the deck looked great with a lovely view of the mountains. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The location was close to everything in Maggie Valley. Would definitely stay here again."
