"The place was really beautiful outside the room. The room was clean and had a nice place to take a bath or shower. The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. The only issue we had is back gate is where people come to often but it is locked so difficult when had luggage or trying to get a grab not knowing which entrance to go to. The staff was helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Lastly, would recommend eating off site as food was not ideal. "

"I really liked this place. The pics on expedia are gorgeous. However, it has not been maintained to retain its original glory. Its in old part of town, there isnt much around it. I guess that's why the hotel is not doing well. "

"The staff were very helpful and always available. Room was very clean, very quiet and beautiful. Great location, easy walk or ride to night market. Felt very safe for a family of 4 from Canada. Would def stay here again!!!"

"Before arriving I was a little anxious because of some of the bad reviews BUT I absolutely love this hotel! Yes it is on the older side but it has that Thai vibe and style we all come for. Great location - Nimman. Beautiful garden and pool area. Lush cafe is open from 8am - 5pm daily! Near major shopping malls. Near food markets, night markets, cafes and restaurants in almost every street you turn on. Has several convenient shops near by. The staff are wonderful and housekeeping came by everyday...

"Romantic birthday spa stay. It feels like a different world. One steeped in rich Lanna history and architecture. The touch of pride is evident. Quick and clean housekeeping and room service. Good buffet and breakfast. The giant pool connecting many of the rooms, adds a fun and adventurous vibe. I highly suggest for any occasion. They have live music on holidays."

"This was my first trip to Thailand and the Kiree Thara Boutique Resort was the perfect place to land. It is situated in peaceful surroundings, the gardens are calming and beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff were generous and hospitable. It’s a short ride from the city (easily accessible via the Grab app) and far away enough to experience the tranquility of the hills in Chiang Mai. Great food and service. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Don’t book on Expedia, once you get there, the owner said they don’t work with Expedia and you will be left stranded. "

"Loved our stay, the property was so hopeful and found us a driver to the temples in Chiang Rai when our driver didn’t show. Very clean and beautiful property and close to the airport with shuttle is nice."

"The staff at the Grand Napat are very professional, they maintain the hotel and pool immaculately. We loved the sunset views from the balcony, and large room with dishes and kettle. The Continental breakfast was impressive and included several menus choices. Only wish it were closer to amenities. "

"Wow. This hotel is amazing. Great location to night market ( will still need scooter or transit to explore other areas) amazing staff , super comfortable beds with food pillows, hot shower with amazing water pressure. We loved the gym ( bananas were a nice touch) and the pool area to hang out in the afternoons. Over all one of the best places we stayed in Thailand. "

"A true to form Melia hotel. Staff was very kind, room was very stunning with great views. The hotel is well situated to key items especially the sunday night market which was amazing. The tom yum soup from room service was absolutely amazing, probably one of the best ive ever had. Staff can be a little slow on responding to requests. We had to ask twice for laundry bags. The bathroom had a very unkind smell which we reported, i believe the cleaner came when we stepped out but the smell did not leave."

"Loved the location and staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Sizi at the front desk is so sweet and provided recommendations. Out room was always clean and towels were so soft. We loved the breakfast and pool. This is a great location to the gate, river, and all markets. "
