"Amazingly friendly and helpful staff from the receptionists to the lady preparing breakfast, to the cleaning staff. The rooftop is a great place to read, relax, work, wifi is working very well. Clean shared spaces, clean rooms. Only blot, the bedsheets which I found with marks, although clearly washed. It would be perfect if the sheets and pillowcases were new. Convenient location, just steps from the road where buses are."

"Worst hostel I ever stay at in Brazil. The volunteer staff was the worst I ever experience. One staff received my food and ate the food and lied and said he thought it was his food. The food wrapping has VEGAN printed all over the wrapping along with my name written on the bag. He later admitted ( after I asked him did he like the food at least? ) he replied “the sandwich was good but not the fries” I guess he forgot that he had told me 10 mins ago that the food had NO fries inside the bag. "Ficamos em um quarto de casal, o quarto era grande, mas o banheiro tinha um cheiro horrível de esgoto, além do cheiro do lado de fora do quarto ser horrivel também, ja que o quarto que ficamos era ao lado do banheiro compartilhado. O ar condicionado não podia usar a qualquer horário e isso não foi explicado antes da reserva, ficamos sabendo quando chegamos lá.
