"We had an excellent stay and I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was clean but the bathroom had the previous occupant’s hairs. When I called to alert housekeeping of it, they were sympathetic and came to clean but somehow still didn’t clean the bathroom. In the end, I had to look at the other person’s hairs on the shower wall every time I used it. Other than that, the place was amazing. "

"Great trip. Close to the Grand Ole Opry and several restaurants. We did not use the pool but there was one at the complex. When we wanted to go into Nashville we decided to Uber because we didn't want to deal with finding parking. There is also a shuttle that runs from the complex to Nashville. I can't remember the price but it was reasonable. Our place was clean and well equipped."

"I didn't realize that the description in the posting I 'rented' was an OPTION. so, I didn't know to request the specific bed count config that I wanted (that was pictured in the posting I rented). So, I didn't. So, I got a different config that wasn't what we wanted. Everyone told me (then) that I COULD HAVE requested a 'special config', but if I don't know I need to do that.... why would I? Didn't seem 'special', seemed like what was pictured. Otherwise - kitchen was sparse, but...

"We enjoyed our stay!! There were three of us and we had plenty of room. The suite was clean, very spacious and perfect for our trip. My only recommendation would be that there is a need for some updates but overall it was a nice place and we would stay there again."

"Stayed here with two friends. We're all adults over 50. Loved that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the covered patio, too. Easy drive to downtown Nashville and close to Gaylord and Opry Mills mall. "

"We planned to visit the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Hotel for Christmas. The location was excellent! Rooms were large and clean. The only complaint I had was no comfortable seating. The chairs were straight back and the couch was too small for a big guy like me. The most comfortable chair I found was on the balcony."

"The room layout was fabulous. The energy of Kayla at check in was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were large. Unfortunately I have never stayed anywhere where I was constantly seeing insects of all kinds. Primarily in the shower area and the kitchen by the sink. My husband and I were very uncomfortable with the bug situation."

"Loved the size and quality of the aparthotel! Never stayed at a place like that. The price compared to hotels nearby was excellent; great value. My one complaint is a disappointing communication regarding check in. I was told I would receive info prior to 4pm. By 9pm I asked for instructions. Was told I would receive them shortly. Around 10pm I told them again I didn't receive instructions. Finally I got the instructions. The actual check in was easy and smooth once I had the info!"
