"Meticulously clean. Every member of the staff was super helpful and super friendly. My plans changed after I booked my initial stay and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I am mildly disabled and they made sure I had a room on the first floor so I could park my car as close as possible. They knew my name and I knew several staff members by name by the time I left. Also, there were plenty of restaurants and shops close at hand. Close to the University. Close to the Space Museum."

There was a glitch in the computer system but he quickly worked around that and got me into my room right away even though he needed more time to resolve the problem.
