"Stayed here last week-end 1/24-1/25/25. Initially received a key to the wrong room. Unknown to us, we unpacked, went skiing, and went to the hot tub. Later in the day when staff realized what had happened they were very prompt, courteous and efficient in correcting the problem. I'm sure it was an awkward situation for all but the management staff and other staff made it as smooth as could be. Nice work! Would definitely stay here again. Clean, great shuttle service and well maintained. "
