"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. "Résidence calme et agréable dans la nature. Mais de nombreuses prestations payantes qui n'apparaissent pas de façon suffisamment visibles sur le site Hotel.com et que l'on découvre à la dernière minute sans avoir pu s'organiser à l'avance (mentionné tout à la fin => on ne les avait pas vues) qui nous ont gâché l'arrivée à la résidence: draps payants, serviettes payantes non disponibles à l'arrivée malgré notre demande (tardive), télé payante, ménage payant à la fin du séjour + pas de papier...

"Studio-mezzanine serait entièrement à rénover, pas entretenu par le propriétaire. A l'entrée placard aux portes coulissantes bloquées. Salle de bains avec une cabine douche , joints et portes sales. Dans la cuisine, ustensiles de cuisine : poêles abimées , égouttoir à vaisselle encrassée. Pour accéder à la mezzanine il faut grimper à une sorte d'échelle ! Le canapé d'un autre temps ainsi que les couvertures ! Je ne reconnais pas la qualité des locations de LAGRANGE."

"It was all good, not excellent but good. I had a tough sleep the first night, thin mattress, but then i got used to it. I got most of my garbage out but that in the bin. I told them when checking out, they didn't like it. I say this: you do nothing for your clients, no towel changes, no bed change nothing. You can AT LEAST take that one small bin garbage out.
