"Being stranded outside at 7:30 on a Friday night for an hour waiting for someone to bring the keys was not the best start of our holiday. We tried ringing, leaving a message as no response and ended up having to contact Vrbo. Beware check-in is after 7pm, never had that before. Nobody told us that you don't actually go to number 106.
