"The staff are what makes this hotel so special. For example, we went on a game drive at the beautiful park that adjoins the hotel. There were rain showers and by the time I returned to the hotel my shoes were covered in mud. I took my shoes off and was in the lawn, trying to clean them with a stick. Your man Edward came over and offered to clean my shoes. I was so grateful for his help. A little later Edward returned my shoes, clean and free of mud. This is but one example of the above and beyond service that makes Ole Sereni a top notch, world class hotel."

We were greeted by friendly staff who anticipated our needs and questions. We had a clean room and enjoyed the rooftop bar after checking in. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast filled with familiar dishes and some local one too."
