It was very quiet as the villa was in the bushland. The villa's are more like cabins. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our 5 night stay."

"Little Kobada is a great place to stay when visiting Kingscote. Close to shops, beach, tidal pool and restaurants. We weren't informed about the spa not working so that was disappointing, and the yard/garden could do with a tidy up but overall a comfy little place to stay."
