Super friendly reception upon arrival, secued and cozy villa makes you so relexed and such convenient location to sea shore and local pubs, restaurants and supermaket. Definately superb place in Kingscote, would love to revisit nex time!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights with kids and it was great. Step out of the property and there’s the Esplanade. The owner had thankfully stocked jam, milk, vegemite, cereals etc as well which was very handy - there was always food when the kids got hungry at odd hours and most places were closed due to Easter long weekend. Highly recommend!

The owners of the property were very accommodating with us checking in “after hours.” They even gave us a loaf of delicious, homemade fresh sourdough bread! House was spacious and clean with a nice patio. Kitchen was stocked well enough for our family to cook dinner. Great location! Perfect for a family! Would highly recommend!!
