Check in was a breeze and the rooms are very comfortable. Hector at the front desk made arrangements for tours and spa and transportation, Freddy and Demor and Darren were perfect servers and went above and beyond! The resort is lucky to have them. The space down by the waterfall for sunning, dining and spa is so peaceful! Coco, the resort dog, accompanied me on a walk to Big Rock Falls too! It was a lovely stay. I cannot wait to come back some time."
