"This hotel is very elegant, decorated with musical instruments in a marvellous way. Because of 3 days of rain, a leak developed just outside our room. They put out a rug and bucket could not fix it until it stops raining. The breakfast was great! There is no parking. If you drive, you have to park at a garage 5 minutes away and walk with your luggage. The garage was full when we got there so we had to wait in queue until enough people left. Took about 45 minutes. "Away from the hustle and bustle, for a restful night. Close to tram which was extremely easy and inexpensive to use. I thought the beds were to hard my husband has never been more comfortable, so this is a matter of opinion. The staff was helpful and the room was made spotless each day. "Lovely place to stay in a fantastic location in central Seville. Staff were genuine, friendly and helpful. Decor and design was well thought out throughout. The coffee shop downstairs is a bonus! One thing to note is the semi-poor soundproofing, there is minimal noise from the street but the walls between rooms are thin. Would also recommend adding a bin into the bedroom as we had nowhere to put our rubbish! Overall a really pleasant stay. "

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation so we were upgraded to one of the new rooms which was nice and modern. The buffet breakfast also had a good variety of food options. The hotel is in a good location, 15-20 minute walk to the Cathedral and other tourist attractions, and 10 minute walk across the bridge to Triana area. There is a good selection of restaurants and tapas bars across the road."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Close to the cathedral, boutiques and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was adequate, however, you can order from the menu without addition charges. As expected in any major city parking charges were 32 euros a day. It’s vallet parking so plan accordingly and call ahead if you need your car at a certain time. The hotel staff, including the valet parking staff were awesome."

"Beautiful view and room. Had a problem with my linens but the staff was very attentive so I decided not to take matters any further. Super nice room and location. You can see all Sevilla from there. Definitely will comeback."
