2StepSE @ Cedar Creek Lake is a comfortable 2 level lake house in the Payne Springs area close to all the lake area has to offer.
Enter the home through a large covered front porch, which is comfortably furnished, and features a stone wood burning outdoor fireplace.
The main level has a fully equipped kitchen, plus open concept living and dining areas. The living area boasts 3 large picture windows framing the gorgeous views of the lake. There is also a large screen smart TV above the second wood burning fireplace. WIFI and cable service and Blu-ray DVD provided. Step through sliding glass doors off the dining area onto a deck with outdoor dining and gas grill with magnificent views of the lake.
On the main level there is a BR with a King bed, and a large picture window framing the lake. A second BR on this level has two bunk beds. Bathroom on this level has double sinks, walk in shower and a Jacuzzi tub.
The lower level has a large living area with sunroom and sliding doors to large wooden deck overlooking the lake. Inside there is a kitchenette and laundry area. One of the two downstairs BRs has a Queen Sleep Number bed. The other bedroom is furnished with a King bed, and has direct access to the shared bathroom with walk-in shower. The lower level common area has a large screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa.

Making your way lake side you will find an elevated party deck, waterside patio with fire pit and a fishing pier where you can tie up your boat or jet ski. Public ramps and boat rentals are available close by.

Family Reunion
We had such a lovely stay here during our family reunion. The house has such a cozy vibe and allowed for all of our guests to have their own comfortable space with many great nooks throughout the property to hang out in. The host was very easy to work with and even checked in during the trip to see if we needed anything. We especially enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table!

Perfect place for a family lake getaway
This home had everything our family needed for a fun getaway weekend! The open kitchen & living area was so comfortable for our whole family and friends. The view was amazing from all angles and there were so many different areas of the house to hang out…whether it was playing games at the big dining table, lounging on the comfy couch, sipping coffee in the corner sitting area watching the sunrise or listening to the much needed rain storm on the front porch. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Our family loved staying at this beautiful home. Everyone was reluctant to leave! The home is beautifully decorated and filled with thoughtful details placed by the owner to insure you have a nice stay. Fantastic Lakefront House!
The house was absolutely fantastic. Plenty of space for my family of 7 and plenty to do. We paddleboarded and fished from the property as well as used the dock to tie down the boat. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen and grill made it so we could cook any meal we wanted. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place!

Family Holiday Getaway at Beautiful Lake House.
We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean, clean, organized, big with lots of space and most importantly cozy. Communication was great at all times any questions we had were quickly addressed and answered. The process as a whole was extremely easy and smooth. Great getaway for our family. Kids and grands age range from 3 years to 25. There was something to do for everyone: games, movies, pool table. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one could need. Gary was a wonderful host that was on top of any concerns.

Great house on Cedar Creek Lake!
This was our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed it just as much the second time! The house is very well stocked, has plenty of space for a larger group and has ample beautiful outdoor space. The view is awesome. There is a nice large table for meals or playing games. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We will continue to go back for weekend getaways!

Perfect lakehouse setup
Couldn't have had a better experience. Booked for a weekend trip and this property delivered. Clean, stocked, comfortable, great lakefront property. We grilled, fished, played poker, pool, watched football, sat out by the firepit, and enjoyed the views. Gary was great and even delivered a propane tank for us. This is one of the better rentals on Cedar Creek.

Property is lovely appointed, clean and well located. Home was well laid out with nice areas for social distancing. Kitchen was super easy. Great lake house - You won't be disappointed
The five star reviews for this property are 100% accurate. The house and all the amenities were amazing. Everything you need for the kitchen was there. The kids loved the paddle boat and the kayaks. The house was very clean and had everything and more for a lakeside get away. The views were spectacular from the living room and all the decks. Gary was a great owner to work with. He communicated early and often. Even the neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back.

Great Family Vacation
I booked this property for a family vacation for my parents, my sister and I, and our families. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space. The house was clean and beautiful with amazing views of the lake. The twin bedroom now has bunk beds which our kids loved. We had so much fun with the kayaks and paddleboat, firepit, and ping pong table. Gary was the perfect host, and the communication was great the entire time, especially when there was a chance of bad weather overnight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to book again in the future.
