"Loved the amenities "

"We loved our stay here. The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. We didn't expect someone to be there at the airport waiting for us to show us to our taxi but there he was and he greeted us again when we returned to the airport the next day and he showed us the way in to the airport. And the taxi transfer was perfect - friendly, helpful and on time if not early which was excellent. it's only about 5 minutes to the hotel from the airport. The area is nice to walk around and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff opened the breakfast early for us as we had an early flight which was much appreciated. Nice breakfast with stunning views from the 10th floor restaurant. The roof top terrace is awesome too. We felt very looked after here. Overall a very enjoyable stay, thank you. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Kaani Palm Beach. Rooms are spacious, a/c works really well, good sized bathroom and a really comfortable large bed. The infinity pool on the roof is a great bonus with fantastic views, although it can get very warm in the afternoons. The Kaani sunbeds on part of bikini beach are free, and have an umbrella. The main attribute for the hotel however, is the staff. We met so many lovely members of staff, that I can't remember them all, but I would like to mention Azmeem, one of the managers who helped us when we had a problem with the room. In the restaurant, Anisur, Try, Farouk, MD Alom and Omelette man Rana (apologies for any spelling mistakes) were all absolute stars, I would like to mention more, but my memory lets me down. Would definitely love to come back to this hotel 💯"

"What a wonderful stay we had. The hotel is right on the bikini beach so you step out of the hotel and BAM beach time. The hotel is clean and fresh and everyone has their role to play. Great snorkeling experience and felt safe and well looked after. Meal options are fab and the buffet dinner is a treat. We stayed in the deluxe room with balcony, room 1704 and it was amazing to see the sun set, beach from our bed. We met Anisur whilst dinning and he was always so friendly with us. Giving us tips off lovely food and drinks to try at that time. He was attentive with our dishes and drinks and always was very respectful and happy and smiling. A true asset as out a lot of other staff we met but couldn't remember there names. Absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming again."

"Good location, close to transfer point, restaurants, bikini beach and water sports. Good size rooms & well maintained. Great onsite Indian restaurant and a few minutes boat ride to the floating bar. "
