"We needed a space near us for friends to stay. The apartment was well located, large, well supplied and served all our needs perfectly. Plenty of storage if traveling with lots of luggage. Has an elevator. Everything was very comfortable and everything worked. There is a small grocer just a few doors down. Youssef took good care of us. We would highly recommend. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it worked well for many different set ups. "

"The room itself was fine. I was in a suite, but it was oddly set up. There was clearly a spot where a couch should have been, but instead it was empty. No real place to sit and eat within the room aside from a small table near the kitchen that would fit one person. Outside of the hotel is a highway and it was constantly noisy. "The hotel as hall was satisfactory standard! Staff in general were polite. I think they can benefit from a customer service awareness course as some of them was below standard specially on the bar area in our arrival it took the guy 45 minutes to get us 2 club sandwiches and when they eventually arrived the sandwich and the chips were called. "The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"I have stayed at this hotel twice. Kamal seems to be the local manager. At this time, I am providing information about him only, and not the property. Kamal is a very nice man. His English is very good. He greeted me warmly on both visits. On the latter visit, I arranged for two tours--of the step pyramids, Memphis and the Giza pyramids and of the three major museums. A good guide was provided for the first tour. I liked the driver who picked me up at the airport, so Kamal arranged for that driver for me throughout. Kamal is very detail oriented and seems honest to deal with. He seems to be well-liked by the hotel workers. I respect and like Kamal."

"Giza is dirty and noisy, any property would get a similar review. The hotel is very close to the Pyramids and if you get a view room, they are very close. The food in the upstairs restaurant is very good, and a large Egyptian breakfast is included. I would probably stay in Cairo on my next visit, as the Pyramids are a fair distance away. "
