"I booked this home for a fun weekend with our family. The host was very unresponsive. I asked 3 times for over a week about heating the pool and a few other questions. The host never responded. The day before our arrival we still had no information regarding where the home was or how to access it. They finally sent the info late, the night before. "Everything about the home was wonderful. Very clean. A great neighborhood too. The pool was very much appreciated in the hot weather we had during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked. Good communication with the host although we had no problems so didn't really need any help or questions answered."
