The Space:
Nestled in the mountains along the St. Vrain river, this cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin offers a serene and picturesque getaway. The river is just steps away from the cabin, providing a peaceful atmosphere and the soothing sound of flowing water. Inside the cabin, guests can relax by the gas fireplace in the living room, while enjoying views of the mountains. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts modern appliances and bar seating as well as a dining table for 4, making meal preparation and entertaining a breeze. The bathroom has also been newly remodeled and features double sinks and a spacious shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a private fenced-in patio with a hot tub that accommodates four people and offers views of the mountains. Additionally, a grill is available for those who enjoy cooking outdoors. This cabin is the perfect destination for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty, with all the comforts of modern living.
This cabin as been fully remodeled and ready for you to come and enjoy! If you are looking for more places for friends and family to stay please ask about additional accommodations as we do have 10 other cabins throughout the property!
Dogs- This cabin is one of our dog friendly cabins with a one time fee of $50 per pet. Please note your dog MUST be ON A LEASH at all times on the property. This is for not only your dogs safety but other guests dogs as well.
Guest Access:
If you are coming from Lyons you will turn left right after county road 80 onto our private drive. Drive past the parking lot and head down the dirt road. Your cabin will be the third cabin on your right. Your cabins came is Pine and is the first cabin without the connecting porch. Please pull off to the unloading area and unload your things, continue on down the one way road and come back to the parking lot to park. It will be a short walk from the parking lot to your cabin. We wanted to keep the property quiet, peaceful and natural for all of our guests so you can enjoy all the property has to offer! Please feel free to check out our property but please be mindful of other guest. You are able to access this cabin with any type of vehicle although please think about the time of year you are coming and what areas you would like to go. Getting to some of the trailheads may require AWD or 4WD.
The Neighborhood:
The Pine Cabin is located on the Riverside Cabins private property right along the St. Vrain River! Please note there is a Private Residence next to your cabin. Please respect their space and privacy. There are 11 cabins on our property and we pride ourselves in keeping it private and natural so everyone can enjoy the beauty of the mountains. We are less then 8 min to Lyons and about 15 min to Estes Park, 20 min to RMNP and any and all hikes in between! If you are looking to attend one of Lyons many festivals we are a 5min drive to Planet Blue Grass.

Getting Around:
You should easily be able to access our property with any vehicle but please remember if you are doing any mountain driving or planning any hikes some trailheads are only accessible by AWD or 4WD.
Parking- please use the One Way road to get to your cabin to unload your things. Always go the same direction to get back to the parking lot. The road is not wide enough for two vehicles to pass each other in certain spots
Other Things to Note:
GATHERINGS: We do not allow gatherings for guests to visit who are not staying on the property. We do this out of liability purposes as well as the limited parking spaces.
Wildlife: We are in the mountains and do have wildlife walking through the property regularly such as Black Bears, Elk, Bobcats, Fox and Deer. That being said these are wild animals and we are in their space so please enjoy them but keep a safe distance. Never approach them and please do not leave any food in your vehicle or outside. Lock your car at all times and please throw food garbage in our bear proof container on the property up by the Lodge
Dog Friendly Cabin- This cabin is dog friendly for up to 2 dogs. We charge a one time fee of $50 per dog. We know they are a part of the family and are glad they can come with you! Please make sure your dog is ON A LEASH at all times for their safety as well as other wild life that may be walking through the property. We do have dog stations so please pick up after you pet.
Outdoor Firepit: Our property has 5 outdoor gas firepits. Please feel free to enjoy them but remember when finished to please turn off the fire pit and the propane.
River and Fire Bans- The River is cold mountain run off and is also at times very deep and fast. Please be aware of this and stay a safe distance when enjoying! We will let you know about any fire bans that might come up in the area.
WIFI: We do have wifi in this cabin and it is usually good but it can be spotty sometimes as we are in the canyon. We hope you will be able to unplug and enjoy the outdoors!
