The main areas property was under some construction for new floors in the hallways and such (not the unit itself, but the actual complex) but I’d anticipate that being done soon. The covered parking was very nice in the winter and it was only 5 mins to winter park resort."

The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed.
