"Property was clean and as advertised. Very good location within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, ski rentals and the bus line the WP resort. The main areas property was under some construction for new floors in the hallways and such (not the unit itself, but the actual complex) but I’d anticipate that being done soon. The covered parking was very nice in the winter and it was only 5 mins to winter park resort."

"I was here 70 days. September through December. To begin with I arrive on a cold winter day and the heat was out. The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed.
