The Rooms were not clean and they never made the beds during my stay as well as the internet connection through out my stay did not work.

Great welcome and super friendly staff!
I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe.

Staff very helpful, room quite tatty needed updating, good communal area for eating Well positioned close to Metro Tap loose in Bathroom difficult to get shower to work Carpets in rooms and public areas past their sell by date Car parking but note height limit 1.75 metres It served our purpose for our trip but I wouldn’t stay there again In its favour was not expensive

It smelled cigarette (very very badly) in our room, it did not look dirty but not clean either. Towels were torn appart. It took 20 minutes to get hot water from the tap. Wifi doesn’t work well and crahes all the time. The breakfasts however were worth it and the room was quiet.

Très déçu de « l’état de l’hôtel ». Gros manque de propreté, poussière dans tous les coins.. jusque dans la boîte à café dispo dan d’la chambre. Aucune prise qui fonctionne, très pratique lorsque l’on doit brancher son téléphone pour un départ très tôt le lendemain!!

Incompréhensible, décalé, On cherche les 3 étoiles! Seul le personnel tient la route... Nous avons dû changer de chambre en arrivant car l'odeur de clope au second étage était insupportable... La chambre de remplacement n'avait pas de chauffage...La réceptionniste m'a donné un chauffage d'appoint en s'excusant... celui-ci ressemblait à un jouet plein de poussière... comment chauffer une chambre ainsi? Une salle de bain avec un porte serviette cassé, une porte défoncée, des serviettes et tapis de bain effilochés, recommodés...limite on dirait qu'ils ont été coupé et en 2! Honteux au cœur des gratte-ciel.

L’hôtel pourtant bien placé a énormément de potentiel. Cependant, la vétusté des chambres font que cet hôtel n’est pas très agréable. Au vue de la propreté du linge, des sols mais aussi de les avoir vue les femmes de ménage font très bien leur travail ! Mais nettoyer sur des joints moisis, des taches sur les murs, du bois cassé sur certains meubles, des rideaux vieux comme le monde fait que l’on a l’impression que leur travail ne sert à rien… Il faudrait remettre cet hôtel au goût du jour et rénover les chambres plutôt que de nettoyer par dessus !!! Un coup de peinture en basse saison ne dérangera personne

Bonjour, Je vais essayer d’être objectif avec les côtés positifs et négatifs.. et malheureusement il y a plus de négatifs qu’autre chose. Nous arrivons à l’hôtel et nous pouvons nous garer facilement dans le garage de l’hôtel (point positif). Nous montons à l’accueil et on nous annonce 14 euros la nuit de parking (toujours au garage), bon, soit ! Nous montons dans notre chambre et après quelques minutes nous sommes redescendu à l’accueil afin de montrer à un responsable l’état de la chambre . Le lit était fait et les draps propre mais la salle de bain était vraiment sale ! La lunette des toilettes avec gouttes d’urine, un lavabo avec le crachat de dentifrice du précédent client, les cheveux et poils dans la baignoire . Après constat de la responsable, un changement de chambre s’impose. Celle-ci a l’air tout de même un peu plus propre sur le moment. Après nous être installés, nous nous apercevons que le sol est loin d’être propre… cheveux collés et moutons un peu partout .. bref , on fera avec ! Malgré les diverses traces sur les carreaux dans la salle de bain nous ferons également avec. Alors certe, l’hôtel est loin d’être moderne et le mobilier a vraiment besoin d’être remplacé ! Il y a avait une fuite au niveau de la tuyauterie dans la salle de bain, d’où cette odeur de moisi et les serviettes de bain sont vraiment en fin de vie. Cela fait vraiment de la peine de voir un tel hôtel dans un tel état au vu du potentiel. Le petit point positif est le petit dej finalement.

Hôtel très vieillissant, presque dans son jus. Tu mériterais un bon lifting. Heureusement que nous avons profité d'une promo très intéressante en termes de tarif, c'est hôtel affiche des tarifs à 150 € la nuit par semaine, c'est extrêmement cher pour le niveau de confort. Isolation phonique extérieure convenable, en revanche on entend ce qui se passe dans les chambres d'à côté.
