"Overall, very spacious house plenty of parking and places to sleep. towels etc. We were in town for a tournament and kids loved the pool table. Owner forgot to send the check in information but a quick phone call, the information was received. Heat was broken but the owner brought in plenty of space heaters so there were no issues as we were gone most of the day and was quickly fixed the next day. Only downside was obvious smokers in the home and there is a cat that found its way in and used the...

"The property was conveniently located right near down town on a quiet little street and Kodi was exceptionally accommodating when we did have to reach out. The house was clean, the beds were soft, and the bathrooms and kitchens were well stocked. I do wish there were curtains at the windows, especially near the back kitchen patio, but that's a very minute issue. Overall I would 100% book this property again. "The cottage was very clean and centrally located. The linens were wonderful, white towels and crisp sheets. The furnishings are newer and comfortable, while tiny, the bathroom is quite efficient. The only down side is the noisy W Carolina St, very noisy until midnight or do, but otherwise a hous little cottage."
