"The house was beautiful and just what we needed. There wasn’t a hair dryer for my wife like it said there was, but that was the only mishap. There was a used coffee pod left in the other bowl of pods. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. First night for over thirty minutes at 11:30 at night there was an old drunk guy screaming profanities up and down the street. "We came in town to visit family and this was a perfect spot for us to come back to have a cup of coffee and go to bed. It was perfectly decorated, and the amenities were great. Very clean and organized, which made it easy for checkout process."

"For a quick stay near LU, this was a comfortable duplex apartment. Having the extra half bath was nice for our family. There were extra linens, a washer and dryer, and vizio tv that we made use of. The only thing that could have been better was if the apartment had been aired out and Fabreezed before we arrived. "We stayed at the Candy Apple for a wedding and the house was spacious enough to accommodate our whole group. It is large and kid friendly. We appreciated how open and clean it was. There was not any clutter or things we were afraid our children would break or mess up. We felt able to just "be" which was very nice. "

"Found this property at the last minute and it was a real blessing. It was perfect and served us well. We were there for Liberty Band Parents weekend. It was a short drive to the college and local restaurants. Michele was very easy to work with and answered our questions. Would definitely consider staying again. "

"Great little house for the weekend. Laundry, 1.5 baths. Good beds. The house did not have electricity the first day on one section of the house (living room, light entrance). Second night, the electricity went off by the bathroom (we had to use it in complete darkness with our lantern) and kitchen. We had to find the panel and turn it on. After I used the laundry and the microwave, it went off again. If they fixed that issue, the house is perfect for a visit to the students at Liberty."

"We had a wonderful stay here. Upon entering, we were welcomed with a tidy living room, kitchen clean and fresh flowers. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer available and though we brought our own detergent, they did have some available. There were plenty of towels available to us, a family of 6. The bedrooms are small, but there was enough room to fit us all and even blankets, sheets. The outside was beautiful to look at with the changing leaf colors and the garden area out the kitchen...

"This was a lovely property to house my family as we visited our LIberty University student. It was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible to and from campus. The only issue was a loud neighbor the first night--maybe in the neighborhood across the creek? It was fine the other nights, so maybe it was just someone who had a rough Friday night. :-)"

"The check in was easy and we had such a good time! It was 13 folks who all came together to pray. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit, it was well stocked! The cabin beds were so comfy and the walk to the restrooms was not long at all. Kitchens were both small but the owner had told us beforehand! The one in the house offered a bar that we all gathered around many times! Everyone liked the beds, which is hard to accomplish! Thank you so much for your awesome hospitality!!"

I was told it mat be that the battery was dead (You would still be able to lock the door from the inside, but that was not the case) Having small children sleeping on the level that the door did not lock was not comforting. "Group of 9 ladies stayed here for a conference in Lynchburg. The host was amazing, answering my 5 million questions. The house was clean and the master bed was sooooooo comfortable. There were so many special touches that made us feel so very welcome! It was 20 min from Lynchburg and was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Everyone loved the house! "

"My sister and I have an ongoing Thanksgiving tradition to get together on Thanksgiving weekend with our husbands. She lives in South Carolina and we live in Pennsylvania so Huddleston is almost the exact middle for both of us.
