"Next to Lyme Regis front beach, 1 minute walk. Walking distance to Charmouth beach walking along the beach, 50 minutes and 1.5 miles. Walking distance to Monmouth Beach, ammonite pavement, 20 minutes walk. There’s a pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. You got to book first, one hour each family/room. The services of checking in, breakfast, and so on were professional. Room was clean and quiet. The only downside is some light daints on the carpet floor, but they’re cleaned just hard to remove. This was a very minor issue. My comment is based on the sale price. So it added to the great stay experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Charnwood Guest House. The spotless room had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities and hot shower. Breakfast was served fresh to order each morning. Location was a short walk along the river from the beach and restaurants. Finally a shout out to Ruth and Phil who were the most charming hosts you could hope to meet."

"The Lyme 1 was the perfect hotel for me: The suite was great; spacious, well furnished and decorated and clean. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The bed and bedding was unbelievably comfortable. And the hotel was very quiet and serene. The people that run it were friendly, helpful and very flexible - I was able to delay my checkout which was a huge help. I stayed here on a round the world trip and the Lyme 1 was the best hotel by a distance."
