"We had a lovely one night stay. The hot tub was great and the beds were very comfy. Having a drying room was a good bonus and we appreciated being able to borrow things like plastic glasses to use in the hot tub and sliders. "

"We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. "

"We were unable to contact to let them know our time of arrival as nobody answered the phone. When we arrived nobody from the hotel was there so we called the number on the door which was answered. After a short while somebody turned up to let us in ,but there was some confusion over the booking as the diary was not available, however we were shown up to our room via an outside metal staircase. On the plus side, our room was very nice,clean and in good decorative order.. when we vacated there was...

"Our stay was just totally amazing. The Tavistock Town House is a beautiful, very well maintained family home in a perfect central location in Tavistock. Liz could not have been a more perfect helpful host. All the essentials and more are provided…the welcoming Afternoon tea and milk in the fridge was just the icing in the cake!…will definitely be planning another stay soon !! "

"No one there to check in @ 14.30 Rang the number, no answer. Called again at 15.30 no answer Called again at 17.30 to be told we’re closed, you don’t have a booking. Couldn’t care less. Absolute joke. Not to mention trying to find somewhere else to stay at 17.30 on a bank holiday. We had to go way beyond our budget to find somewhere, to say it took the shine off is a bit of an understatement Will never recommend you or your services to anyone. "
