I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. "Perfect location. Right outside the boarder of France and Switzerland. 30 second walk to the trams which takes you into Geneva Lake town in 10 minutes or smaller town a few stops away.
