"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"Locatie is super. Kamers zien er nieuw uit en de bedden slapen echt heerlijk. Badkamer is super klein, tijdens het douchen sta je tegen d wc aan. Kamer was niet schoon, zaten koffie vlekken op de grond er er lag nog een gebruikte handdoek in de badkamerkast. Personeel was heel vriendelijk, communicatie ging via google translate, ze sprejen er geen Engels ."

"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. "Best breakfast buffet, so many options of cuisine, drinks and desserts. Many choices for vegetarians. Everything tasty and fresh. Good gym, billiards and pool facilities. Every hall has air freshener. Grand family room was spacious and freshened towels daily. Only downside was hot water takes forever to heat up, doesn't get very hot and water pressure is average. Highly recommend to stay here when in Sa Pa."

"I highly recommend this place. In the center of Sapa, has its own restaurant. If the owner invest in a coffee machine will be so much better for breakfast as we all want a good cup coffee before starting the day. Xuan ( Selena), front desk staff is excellent service. Our first time in Sapa, Xuan was helpful and resourceful. Would come again! "
