"This chateau is not a special place apart for the garden. The rooms are big but not very nice, so is the bathroom. There is no shower, only hand shower. The amenities are very poor. Breakfast is a continental standard, and dinner less then standard. They didn't offer even a bottle of water in the room for free."

"A very unique experience. Host Fred very welcoming, Room very comfortable and quiet. Property full of character, and warm ,as nights were getting chilly in October. "Basic rooms. No 24 hour reception so you have to use an emailed code at the gate to check in and pay plus get access and retrieve a front door/room access code. Except...for at least two days the card machine was not working which meant a call to the remote help desk - Ok but some operators don't spaek english. On getting in to the room - not a single towel and no loo paper! Another remote call to get the duty manager out! Not great :-("
