"Upgraded from an off site to an on site hotel two days before travelling, still using the booked passes, have to say it was worth the money for four reasons: 1) The two boys faces when they realised they were going to the Cheyenne and not the Campanile was priceless, the Cheyenne has to have the best theming. 2) The magic hour, everyone got to do their favourite ride which took the pressure off the rest of the day. 3) Not having to negotiate our way onto the shared bus to the Campanile,being able to walk back to the hotel or take the Disney bus is a joy. 4) Free parking and EV charging. It all worked for me, the reduction in fast pass charges and the free charging took some of the sting out of the extra costs. One thing on parking, like the rest of Disney there is work going on which reduced the car park slightly, on leaving on the Sunday there was people parking on the grass verges and anywhere else they could. Only thing missing from the Campanile was the free breakfast."

"This is a very nice Disney hotel, I’ve used it before a long time ago but returned with two small children. Room was a really good size, cape cod restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner, food is excellent! Plenty of options for adults and small children. Staff are really friendly as we’ve found with all Disney properties. Location is perfect, short walk to the parks and the setting is really nice. There’s a nice little activity room for children. Toilets in the main areas could do with an upgrade, and getting from lakeside entrance up to reception and the main lifts is disjointed and awkward with a buggy! Only two negatives though, we would happily return. "

"Great for family trips. Our child enjoyed the magic hall and the room very much. We also went to the pool and she liked the baby pool a lot. The only drawback is that the water was too cold in the pool. I saw several parents took their children away because the water was too cold. We also didn’t let our daughter played for long there. Would be much better if the hotel had paid more attention to the pool facilities. "

"Great budget option for staying at the parks and enjoying the extra magic hours. You can check in luggage from 7:30am and check in/collect park passes, then you receive a text with your room number at 3pm. They have free unlimited coffee/choc/tea/tomato soup vending machines in certain blocks. Very nice touches in the room such as chocolate coins, lanyard and notebook. The bathtub was great to relax after an loooong day. Only issue was the cheap thin bath towels which need replacing urgently, everything else was great. "
