"Les photos des appartements ne reflètent pas la réalité. Les appartements pour 4 personnes sont très mal agencés et très peu accueillants. L’hôtel est construit sur une pente abrupte donc beaucoup de marches extérieures et intérieures dans les appartements, une horreur après le ski! Parking en pente également, attention aux coups de portières… Aucune possibilité d’annulation anticipée avec la gérance. Endroit plutôt triste et vétuste. "Au delà du site magnifique et très calme, l'accueil et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel font que nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Mention spéciale 5 étoiles ++ à Leïla ( à l'animation, fitness et qui accompagnait la petite rando du mercredi matin ) qui est une véritable perle, empathique, drôle et bourrée d'énergie, c'est une très belle personne.
