"It was amazing. Everyone was very helpful. Get this! Almost all the way north, I discovered I’d left my passport in the safe. They confirmed it. Driver and manager met me at the station when I returned, took me to get my stuff, took me back to the station and helped me buy my return ticket. WOW!!"

"Upon check in, I lined up for my term to check in and was ignored when a couple walk right up to the counter and was helped before me. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it but I was clearly there first and the staff saw me waiting. Anyway, once check in, my room 711 had a slight hint of cigarrate odor. Someone clearly smoked in the room. I didn't ask to change the room as my parent stayed at the room next door. However, this left a bad impression immediately especially when the property claimed to be a 5 star hotel. What I liked abou the property. I like the full gym with all the different weights. The buffet breakfast was good with different choices. Final thought, I visited this hotel back in 2017/2018 and the hotel had a roof hot spring and I think it was great, relaxing and it was fun star gazing and looking at the mountains while enjoying the tranquility. This feature has unfortunately been removed."

"It has one of the best hot spring in the area. The location is on a place where there isn’t any of restaurants outside of the property. However, if you visit this place you will want to enjoy all the amenities within the property. By the way, all the amenities can still be enjoyed for free after you check out of your room"

"It has great parking lot. The location is not around the busy heart of the city, and therefore if you want to visit the night market, you will have to drive or take a cab. The room Is spacious and clean. "

"Overall, great experience! Check in process was seamless and they even recommended a driver to take us around Taitung which ended up to be an excellent experience! The room was new and clean. The bathroom shower could use a little update. The grout was a little moldy. It was nice the hotel has a laundry room. Washing is free and you pay $50NTD to dry your clothes. The breakfast has mostly Taiwanese food which was great for me but my son would have preferred some western options. However, given this is a local hotel it’s understandable. They offered guests free shuttle service to the train station which was great! Overall, highly recommend this hotel!"

"La propiedad es muy bonita, los jardines están muy cuidados y el personal es muy amable. Tienen bicicletas en renta gratis dentro de la propiedad pero no es nada conveniente porque todo el camino son colinas y cuesta mucho manejar bicicleta. Casi no hay restaurantes ni tiendas alrededor. La estancia es silenciosa y el desayuno bufete fue lo mejor! Nos ha encantado. El personal te ayuda a pedir un transporte para llevarte a la estación. Volvería a quedarme ahí pero esta vez pidiendo ayuda para conseguir transportes y llevando comida desde antes al hotel. La habitación es dentro de una casa con cocina compartida. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño. Buena experiencia. "
