"Our second visit to this fabulous hotel. It is no surprise they won Four In A Bed. Fabulous room and excellent staff. Our breakfast was fantastic and we were able to invite other family members to join us. We could not have been made more welcome . Cannot wait to visit for our family weekend get together next year. "Fabulous find on the front. Great location. Parking close if carpark full. Clean and well decorated. Lots of rooms but was incredibly quiet. Had the top room 1 in the Attic. Plenty of space. Tea and coffee plus the water bottles were very welcome. Bed was incredible comfortable and spotless. Pillows great. Slept so well. Towels were white heavy and fluffy. "I stayed at the Kings Arms on business, but my partner brought our dogs to look around Boston. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Boston. Really lovely host and fabulous with the dogs. Place was spotless, and great breakfast in the morning including a vegetarian version for my Muslim partner. Very relaxed and more like home from home, which is our kind of accommodation."

"It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. Would stay here again without hesitation."
