"We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. Its much larger than it appears on the photographs and is beautifully decorated and obviously loved. It is very well appointed and immaculately clean. We spent many a happy hour sipping drinks on the balcony with views of the lakes and mountains The location was perfect, with a few really nice restaurants a 5 minute walk away, some on the edge of the lake. "Great location in the heart of como. Downside is there was only one set of keys which made it difficult to coordinate getting in and out. The master bed is large but very uncomfortable (wouldn’t be a factor for short term stays). "

"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...
