"What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"

"Nice little hotel and great bakery. I was a little concerned when we drove up but don’t let the exterior deter you. They are doing some renovations but it did not impact our stay at all. We had three rooms in the renovated area. Excellent showers good water pressure excellent air-conditioning excellent bedding. Added to that they have a wonderful bakery downstairs with fresh croissants. "

"Check in was easy. There was parking which was not always the case in most hotels in Italy. Marco was so nice and bubbly showing us our rooms. Even though there was a language barrier we could understand each other. The hotel was conveniently located near our local family in Diamante and the wedding venue. Loved how beautiful the beach was at the hotel. Each room gets an assigned umbrella at the beach. When visiting family again, we would definitely stay here."

"I found new management this year No supervision in any dept.dining room clean our own table while employees were on cellular and mgr standing in 5 square feet from kitchen door,Pool allowed tens of baby with diapers while kids pool was used only by a few ,when i reported to person in charge of the entertainment he told me i was wrong (Mr NEVER say to customer that he was wrong you have nothing to gain and told me PREZZO/PRODOTTO which means what we pay is what we get great answer,i asked to...

"We had a very warm welcome from the lady on reception and the breakfast staff were lovely. Our room was a good size with quality bed linen and excellent bathroom products. There was a great selection at breakfast and some excellent cappuccino made to order. We only stayed one night and I don’t really think that’s practical as it’s a bit of a trek to get to, especially with the road closures. We got horribly lost so arrived late, a bit tired and frustrated. "
