"A totally off the beaten path mountaintop retreat in a quaint village. The surrounding area is quite stunning. Nothing but lush agriculture and nature on very steep hills with views. There is a rustic ristorante in town with pretty good if not gourmet food, inexpensive beer and wine and plenty of good cheer from the other guests of all ages. "The booking and check in process were easy. Our host, Antonio, met us at the apartment even though we were delayed for several hours. The location is in Baia del Carpino, with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean.
