"We booked a very last minute stay here. The drive into hotel is lovely and from the outside a lot of character. Inside main hotel was modernly decorated and still had character. We had a room in the coach house which is in the next building to the hotel. The room was quite dated compared to main hotel. Good sized room. A little dusty in areas. Plenty room for clothes. "Lovely room. It was an accessible room which we hadn't specified for, but much appreciated. It felt like an en suite. Strange to have a double mattress on a king base; why? Gave it 8/10 so would definitely stay there again! "

"Good clean comfortable room. Check in was a bit difficult as it is done over the phone and the guy was a bit stroppy. Apart from that room was pleasant, easy access and free parking was great."
