"The hotel was cool but Sonesta takes FOREVER to return the $100 incidental fee. I just checked out today but the Royal Sonesta is Chicago took 40 days. Overall the hotel was comfortable while I was visiting town to bury my father."

"The staff person upon arrival was so sweet and helpful. I had surgery that day and couldn't walk and needed a wheelchair. The receptionist provided me with one and also helped me and my mother upstairs to our room with our luggage. The receptionist that came on after her was not so accommodating. We needed another blanket and extra pillow and she informed that we would have to come down to the receptionist desk to get it. I had to tell her that I couldn't walk and my mother was elderly. "I liked was the room was a nice size. it wasn't too big or too small. The desk clerk was nice & it was easy to sign in. The bathrooms were nice & clean. The heater & air conditioner was working. What I didn't like was the remote control issue with the tv. The batteries were dying & I had to get new ones. I saw some painting was coming off in the bathroom. There's a $100 deposit I had to pay upfront. There were nor dresser drawers or a safe to keep your valuables. "

"I booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel area location is great, its near the fort Benning, because we attened the graduation of our son in the army here. I noticed one thing in here, they are short staffed in the afternoon, they dont have any housekeeping to clean some of the several rooms that were empty. They never clean or checked our room for the waste disposal, the clerck states, they only come clean the room if we call to make our room to be clean but yet just to have the...
