"I have a Tesla and was passing through to NC from Florida so the on-site charging station is the main reason I booked this hotel (for the first time). Staff was very pleasant but the check-in took longer than usual. Most hotels that offers EV charging are free but this one charges $9, which is not unfair but they should put that in the listing. I got only one face towel and NO tissue, not a big deal but should improve. My biggest problem is the TV. It's a nice smart TV but we can watch Netflix...

"I stayed at this hotel, different ownership, several years ago and it was definitely run down. As a Travelodge it has made significant improvements but still has some work to do. Tha main area had new flooring, furniture, and bedding. The bed was quite comfortable, and the HVAC unit worked well. Clean, a slight cleaning product odor, and overall nice. "The check-in was good. The room was clean Lots of restaurants nearby. The room Did not smell like smoke On the negative side, the outside premises were not well kept. Inside the room. There was only the bed and no place to sit. Also the AC was so loud. It was hard to stay asleep."
