Ski on, ski off trailside condo at Okemo

We’d love to welcome you to our home away from home. Located steps from Sachem trail, our townhome at the Okemo Trailside has bedrooms on three floors. The entrance is on the lowest level with a den with a fireplace, a bunk room, a second bedroom, full bath, and small sauna. Up the stairs on the second floor there is an open layout kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, and comfy living room with fireplace. Rounding out the second floor is a third bedroom and full bathroom. The “penthouse” third floor has the master suite with king size bed and en suite bathroom.

Enjoy your coffee looking at the beautiful views from the glass sliders out over southern Vermont. Then plan your day- in the summer, enjoy the beautiful field stone pool and tennis court, or make your way to Okemo’s Adventure Zone for thrills on the Timber Zipper and big air bag. In the spring and fall enjoy the peaceful hiking trails nearby, or go antiquing in some of the nearby towns. And don’t miss the beautiful fall foliage!

In the winter, pop on your skis at the back door on the second floor, and ski down Sachem (green) to take the lift to the summit. Ski home for lunch or a break at any time. The kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and cookie sheets for post ski treats, a crock pot for easy meals, and more. The dining room seats 8 with room for more at the breakfast bar and extra chairs available to pull in for big spaghetti or chili dinners. After dinner, have family or friend game night (BYO now, due to COVID!) or enjoy a movie or TV on the flat screen- kids can always take over the downstairs den for their own space!

The layout of Trailside makes it a great option for single families with kids (pack and play provided), multiple families with kids, groups of friends, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or family reunions. A great place to stay all year round- we’re excited to have you!

- TOILETRIES REMOVED
- COOKING OILS AND LIMITED SPICES STILL AVAILABLE HOWEVER SHOULD BE WIPED DOWN AGAIN BEFORE USE
- UNIT HAS RIGOROUS CLEANING STANDARDS, HOWEVER WE STILL ENCOURAGE GUESTS TO WIPE DOWN HIGH TOUCH SURFACES THROUGHOUT THEIR STAY.
- VERMONT REQUIRES ADHERENCE TO THEIR OUT OF STATE TRAVEL GUIDELINES INCLUDING THE NEED TO SELF QUARANTINE AT HOME FOR 7 DAYS FOLLOWED BY A NEGATIVE COVID TEST, QUARANTNINE AT HOME FOR 14 DAYS, OR QUARANTINE IN VT FOR 14 DAYS. IN ORDER TO STAY AT THE PROPERTY, GUESTS MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING STTAEMENT: I certify that I have reviewed the State of Vermont out-of-state traveler guidelines and travel map and comply with current health and safety requirements for traveling to, from, and within the State of Vermont. I further certify that I understand all travelers should stay home if ill (with any symptoms); maintain physical distance of at least 6’ from anyone outside their household; wear a cloth mask when in public spaces; and wash or sanitize hands often.
