"Kind and lovely people, lovely chat and they really cared. Very much a spare room in the end of their house with a it’s own bathroom so very homely. Breakfast room was a breakfast room with lots of stuff and a cat (I loved the cat). It’s down a very rough and rocky track in the car. Basically it’s an authentic working farm with some lovely farmers who make a solid breakfast. I’d be back. If you are looking for a polished hotel experience this isn’t for you but for a real life nice people...

"Warm and friendly B & B - Gill and Martin were the perfect hosts - just outside Looe amid the beautiful countryside. Great breakfast (Martin's mushrooms) and not to be missed - inhouse bar for 6:00 drink. Our hosts couldn't be more helpful in providing details for local attractions / transport / dining options. "We stayed for a short break of 2 nights. Lovely little cabin at the end of owners' property, not overlooked, very private and absolutely quiet. The only noise came from birds and sheep! In the cabin was everything you'll need such as microwave, toaster and kettle, even one electric hob. Comfy bed and TV with Freeview. Shower of course. No Wifi but my phone worked on mobile data. Lovely owners, available if there are questions. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Lynn xx"

"The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."
