There is a pool, but despite being there at the hottest time of the year, the water was too cold to get in. The house is close to the highway and easy to get to. There are no signs, so make sure to get the directions before hand. There is no air condition, but you don't need one, since the house is nice and cool and is well...

"We stayed in Lina's place for 6 nights late July/early August. The weather was gorgeous and the pool was perfect for our family. We were greeted by Lina who showed us how everything works. She lives next door so is on hand for any issues that arise. She doesn’t speak much English but we got by using hand gestures and Google Translate. The area is beautiful and very close to Novigrad, Porec and Motovun, which are all delightful to visit. This was our first visit to Croatia and we loved it. " Our family party of 8 adults and 5 children had the most wonderful stay at Villa Petra. It easily accommodated us, providing plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. Good size bathrooms and lots of toilets!! The kitchen was well equipped and had basic pantry items I.e. cling film, seasoning and oil. The outside area which includes a large pool with easy access via steps for the younger children was in constant use. An evening swim with the pool lights on...
