"Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war wunderschön und gab alles was man braucht. Wir haben viel gekocht und es war alles da ! Das Haus war super sauber und alles ganz neu. Wir waren auch sehr zufrieden mit dem Besitzer er war für jede Fragen immer ansprechbar und war stets freundlich. Leider ist es etwas weit weg von Porec aber mit dem Auto kommt man überall hin ! Ich kann es hier jeden empfehlen liebe Grüße "

"We've just returned from a lovely week at Villa Zaneta. Alen was a very welcoming host and made sure we were very comfortable - arrived to find a gorgeous homemade fruit tart in the fridge, along with some other treats! Accommodation very clean and spacious with excellent aircon in all rooms. Kitchen and BBQ area fully equipped with everything you'd need to self-cater. Small shop in village short walk away for baked goods, fresh milk, fruit and veg and lots of Istrian goodies. Supermarket 15...

"Das Appartement war sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, wunderschöne Lage direkt an der Lagune. Schöne, große Balkone, einer davon mit Blick auf die Lagune. Supermarkt sehr nah, ebenso sehr gute Restaurants. Fahrradverleih direkt um die Ecke. Strand nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen. "

Small excursions to Koper, Izola, Piran, Cerkno as well as the surrounding small villages made this place a perfect destination to travel from. "Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung, mitten in Novigrad. Die Lage ist Top. Man ist direkt in der Stadt und auch nach ein paar Metern am Meer. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Im Erdgeschoss eine große Wohnküche, oben zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Bad mit Dusche. Etwas schwierig ist die Parksituation. Wir haben unser Auto an der Sporthalle abgestellt, da es dort am günstigsten ist, da musste man ca. 15 min hin laufen. Parken direkt an der Ferienwohnung ist nicht...

"We visited this area for a friends wedding and decided to make it a family vacation by spending some more days. With this house we could have easily made it a week or longer. The property is well maintained with a modern kitchen and enough clean pots pans to cook a lunch or dinner. There is lots to do for families and if not in the mood for any of the activities in the area, a day at your own pool is wonderful. We loved pickkng cherries from the tree and playing table-tennis. Thanks owners!"
