"The hotel wouldn’t give me a 2nd dry towel in a 2 day stay. The WiFi didn’t work, TV didn’t work, and was double charged for cleaning. I was forced to pay 2 cleaning fees before sending the WiFi password and WiFi never worked. The bathroom was not cleaned prior to arrival. They wouldn’t refund the 2nd cleaning fee."
