"Byli jsme nadšení. Krásné prostředí, klidné se skvělou dostupností na sjezdovku (menší pro děti a úplné začátečníky přímo u hotelu, větší kousek přes silnici), ale i pěší výlet či výlet na běžky. Vlek přímo u ubytování. Dále bych vyzdvihla výbornou snídani. Spoustu variant sladké /slané /bezmasé. Navíc po náročném dni možnost wellness - sauna, vyhřívka, bazén. Personál velmi milý a ochotný. "The room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The facilities in general up to high standards. The breakfast too was ok. Nothing exceptional, but ok, very limited choices for gluten-intolerant customers. Initial check-in etc communication was fine. I have booked this stay for myself and my husband for our wedding anniversary and included a massage for each of us. On the day of the massage, I went to the reception to ask where the massage was held. The lady didn’t mention the location but...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back. Enjoy your stay! "

"In the photos, the hotel seems luxurious, but in reality, it is not. Ostentatious furniture, which I assume cost a lot of money. The rooms have poor finishing and cracked walls .The water in the shower was merely lukewarm, even when set to the maximum temperature. The breakfast was tasty.There were many options for cold dishes, but for hot dishes, only sausages and scrambled eggs were available. "

"Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. I had called reception twice and after nearly an hour they had asked particularly loud group to move but after thst i gave up calling every time someone was loud. No other room was offered to me. Luckily i was there only 1 night."

Hotel is maybe a 6/10 Max. Internet is horrible.

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over an hour."
