"The concierge and staff were friendly. They helped us book a taxi service to get to places. We could easily rent bikes to go to the night market or other areas in town. Would recommend this place! Rooms were nice and clean. One issue though, our shower drain took long to drain so there is a tendency to flood. I hope this is only an issue for our room. (A03) Breakfast selection was great too!"

"Great heritage buildings in normally good location. Staff very good. But major works on the river are noisy and the traffic and noise around 530 am for monks alms is considerable. Rooms need facilities upgrading but tough in heritage site. We did enjoy the hotel and things of issue beyond their control mainly."
