"This is, by far, the best stay I’ve had. The place was very clean, the instructions were very clear, and they gave us a lot of additional information to make our stay easier. "We arrived to the property on Saturday June 22nd and immediately had to leave the property because of mice found there. We have contacted VRBO’s customer service and provided photos and a video. It has been over a week and nobody contacted me yet. I have spoken to four agents so far but they are telling me that I have to wait. I am wondering how long it will take to receive a full refund and maybe an apology for ruining my vacation."
